RETURNS
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on underwear. For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not allowed. Once an order is submitted to motira.co.uk we will not be able to make any changes.
Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. Please be sure that all details in your order are correct before submitting your order for processing.
Item(s) returned to us used, washed, damaged or late will not be accepted and will require for you to pay the postage for it to be returned back to you. Please email us at help@motira.co.uk or click the contact us link on our website regarding any other questions.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. Should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item, along with a brief description and images showing the defect/fault at help@motira.co.uk
We will issue your refund within 3-5 business days once we receive your return package. Please note the initial shipping cost is not included in the refund amount. The time frame for your refund to post to your bank account is based on your financial institution. You may contact your bank regarding specific time frames.
