DELIVERY

Processing time:

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days via Bpost from our warehouse in Brussels (EU).

 We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.

DELIVERY TIMES

Since your shipment tracking code is sent, the estimated shipping time will depend on your location.We will notify you of any delays to your order.

  • EUROPE: 2-5 working days
  • UNITED STATES: 4-6 working days
  • REST OF THE WORLD: 6-8 working days

The time of delivery might be increased if applicable customs clearance. Any duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the client and not Barner.

FULFILLMENT TIME:

We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand picked by one of amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.

During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.

It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed. 

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package. 

International Policy

Most international orders do incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package.

We are not responsible for any custom fees upon arrival.
